This course is delivered in English and does not require prior knowledge of dyslexia. Dyslexia Assessment provides a general background for dyslexia and its symptoms as well as important issues related to dyslexia prevalence, importance, intelligence, educational systems and related disorders. The course then proceeds to explain in detail the important issue of assessment and its subcomponents and the difference between dyslexia screening and dyslexia assessment.
By the end of the course; the trainee is expected to know:

- Observational Frameworks;
- Screening of Dyslexia;
- Difference between Screening and Full Assessment;
